Your Mission
We’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer to help us build a robust, secure, and scalable platform for video intelligence, with a clear focus: enhance public safety through AI.
As part of the Engineering team, you’ll work hand-in-hand with software engineers, ML specialists, MLOps, DevOps, and platform engineers who share a passion for technological sovereignty and purposeful innovation. You will contribute to the development of interfaces, APIs, and systems that bring real-time AI-powered video analysis to life.
Your Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain fullstack features for our video intelligence platform.
- Build and scale backend services (Node.js or FastAPI) for handling video, metadata, and alert workflows.
- Develop intuitive frontends with React and TypeScript for both technical users and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with machine learning engineers to integrate AI models into production systems.
- Ensure high performance, reliability, and security across the stack.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and product planning.

The candidate
5+ years of experience in fullstack development.
Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional engineering teams.
You are mission-driven, rigorous, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
Strong expertise in React and TypeScript.
Proficiency with backend frameworks like Node.js or FastAPI.
Solid understanding of system design, REST APIs, and cloud-based development.
Bonus: Experience in video processing, real-time systems, or AI applications.
